We offer international shipping to over 200 countries either through our distributor network or direct to consumers.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Breathing Color is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
At Breathing Color, we adhere to FedEx's shipping policies, including the terms of their Money-Back Guarantee for expedited services. For example, if an expedited shipment is delayed due to adverse weather conditions, FedEx will reschedule the delivery to the next available date when it is safe, without providing a refund or credit. Likewise, Breathing Color will not offer refunds or credits in such cases. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
